          MEETING BEGAN AT 1:00 pm

The Fall meeting was called to order by President Chris Milot.

 

The Financial Status report was presented by President Chris Milot: For 2017-2018

 

Budget was approved by Association members.

 

Note: 

A financial audit was  completed after regular meeting

                                                    

Reviewed Old Business

1.  CD was maturity date was change to allow for meeting to vote prior to maturity 
2. Chris Crook will be used to grade road as needed
3. Concerns about the end lots being driven on by vehicles ( now corner post and chains to be installed) 
4. Taxes for past years will be turned over to accountant for filing 
5. Insurance was paid and is on auto pay 
6. Trees and shrubs near headstones have been removed in the entire cemetery
7. Mailings will not be sent to members, We are working to update the email list.
8. Copies of By-Laws will be available next meeting with approved changes
9. Members were reminded all burials must contact Chris Milot prior to burial
10. Zachary will continue to monitor and update the web site as needed
11. Description of land owned by cemetery was discussed for future use
12. Road improvements to be continued with reclaimed asphalt not paved due to cost
13. Road sides to be cleared to remove trees and growth that has pushed roadway onto sites
14. By-laws were amended and vote taken and accepted new by laws are in place
15. New Pricing on all sites effective 11/5/2017. 
16. Dues will remain the same for all charter members (shareholders). 
17. No Transfer from CD was need for this years budget 2017-2018

 

New Business

1.  Operating budget will be transferred from CD to Checking 1st week in January
2. Chris Crook will be used to grade road as needed
3. Concerns about the end lots being driven on by vehicles ( now corner post and chains to be installed) Will work on alternate method due to cost of Posts and Chains
4. Taxes in process will be completed and sent in February 
5. Insurance was paid and is on auto pay 
6. PO Box fee to be paid in January 
7. Payment for update and maintenance of web site to be paid, 
8. Zachary will continue to monitor and update the web site as needed
9. New By-Laws have been approved and will be available on line with password to be emailed to Members in good standing 
10. Members were reminded all burials must contact Chris Milot prior to burial
11. Discussed that in winter funerals the snow removal is done by Chris Crook and is the Members responsibility for payment ( will post Fee Schedule)
12. Description of land owned by cemetery was discussed for future use look into development of back half on other side of railroad tracks
13. Road improvements to be continued with reclaimed asphalt to be delivered in spring 
14. Road sides to be cleared to remove trees and growth that has pushed roadway onto sites
15. New Pricing on all sites effective 11/5/2017. 
16. Dues will remain the same for all charter members (shareholders)
17. 3 Sites were sold
